Yes, completely. The site assessment is offered without condition or obligation. We do not follow up with pressure, and there is no expectation that you will proceed to any service. The inspection exists because proper pest management requires documented site knowledge — and we believe you are entitled to that knowledge before making any decision about your property.

Our emergency line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at (843) 555-0183. For active infestations causing immediate structural concern or health risk, we can typically arrange a practitioner visit the same or following business day. Existing programme clients receive 4-hour emergency callback guarantees as part of their programme terms.

We can provide indicative price ranges by telephone for standard treatments. We do not issue binding quotations without a site assessment because the factors that determine final pricing — structure size, soil conditions, access, infestation scope, proximity to historic fabric — cannot be assessed remotely. Any contractor who provides a firm quote for termite or exclusion work without visiting the property is quoting without information; that quote should be treated with appropriate scepticism.

Our primary service territory covers Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, Beaufort, and Colleton counties. We accept select commercial engagements elsewhere in South Carolina where the scope warrants the travel.
