Larger structures, difficult access, significant existing damage, and historic complexity all affect final pricing, which is specified in the written proposal after site assessment.
Yes. Annual programmes may be billed quarterly at no additional charge. For significant one-time treatments (termite, exclusion), we offer staged payment — typically 50% at agreement and 50% at completion. We do not charge financing fees or mark up project costs to offset payment arrangements.
